I accept all terms as an attendee at the Ramble held at 64 Gibson Rd., Ashburnham, MA 01430. I agree to assume all risks associated with this activity and enter the following Agreement:

I understand and agree that I have a responsibility to exercise due care for my own safety while present on or about the concert grounds.

I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that the risk of injury from concert-related activities as well as activities near large crowds, temporary structures and large audio equipment) have the potential for permanent disability and death.

I know that there may be unsafe conditions on the property, including but not limited to partially-fallen trees in wooded areas and uneven ground.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representative, heirs, next-of-kin, minor dependents, spouse, and assigns, RELEASE AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS the following Released Parties: RallySound, Inc., Adam Ezra Group, Kimberly Ansin (and her living trust), together with their respective members, owners, officers, representatives, managers, agents and assigns.

I release and forever hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, suits, causes of action, damages, demands, liabilities, duties and obligations of every kind, nature and description, known or unknown, arising out of my attendance at the Ramble.

I knowingly and freely assume all risks, known and unknown, relating to these activities, even if arising another’s negligence, or from dangerous natural conditions of which the Released Parties are aware.

While I intend to fully release the Release Parties, I agree in advance that the factual circumstances surrounding my activities, at a maximum, support the conclusion that I am a “licensee” for the purposes of premises liability. I assume full responsibility for any injury that I suffer as a result of event activities.

I understand and agree that this Agreement covers every subsequent instance of vending or visiting the concert grounds.

I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial legal rights by attending the event.

As an attendee, you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to recover damages in case of injury, death or property damage.
