9am – Breakfast: 

Kitchen Utensils 

Mixing Bowl 

Skillet or Frying Pan 

12 Eggs or Scrambled Tofu 

Cooking Oil of your choice 

1 medium sized Sweet Red Pepper 

1 medium sized Sweet Green Pepper 

1 medium sized Vidalia Onion 

1 can Black or Pinto Beans (your choice) - drained 

Chorizo, cooked Spicy Sausage, or Bacon (optional) 

Chili Powder, to taste 

Cumin, to taste 

Cilantro - rinsed 

Salt and Pepper 

Salsa 

Cheese - a mix of Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack w Jalapeno or Vegan Cheese 

6 Burrito Size White or Wheat Flour Tortillas 

 

 

11:15am – Bloody Marys:

1 1/2 cups Low Sodium Vegetable or Chicken Broth 

24 Jumbo or Large Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined (20 ounces) 

2 tablespoons Olive Oil, divided 

Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon, divided 

1 tablespoon Dried Oregano 

1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley 

2 Garlic Cloves, minced (or jarred, minced) 

1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes, or more to taste 

1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
